Found mushrooms: About 41-60 mushrooms (<20 different types), which included: Agaricus silvicola,
Amanita muscaria, Armillaria ostoyae (aka honey mushroom), Ganoderma applanatum, Hericium coralloides, Peziza repanda, Russula decolorans, Russula emetica, Amanita fulva and Amanita roanokensis, many species of Russula, Chlorophyllum rhacodes, Leccinum insigni, Polyporus badius, Ganoderma applanatum, Bolbitius vitellinus, Paxillus involutus, Psathyrella uliginicola, Inocybe (fibrecap), Dirty oyster, Glistening inky cap and others.
Geography: Easy walking trails in the Mill Creek Ravine. Slight inclines, a creek and quite dense woods.
Area vegetation: Aspen, some balsam, little spruce, some planted trees such as caragana.
Weather: A hot hot day in July
