The morning was brisk, with a definite feeling that fall is on the way. We had a great turnout, with lots of people coming out to learn, explore, and forage. Among the highlights was finding the rare Psathyrella epimyces thriving in rows of Coprinus comatus, always exciting to come across a rare species like this in the field!
