Friday, June 19th, from 4 pm to Sunday, June 21st @ 2 pm. The Bergen Community Hall
Camping:
- There is plenty of space for camping without an electrical hookup – included in the ticket
- There are 6 camping spots with electrical hookup (15 amp plugin) – $15/each
Food Will Include:
- Friday – Hot Dogs and S’mores
- Saturday – Main Feast Entree, including a safe (Vegan) option. Mushrooms will be prominently featured!! Please bring a ‘Potluck’ side to accompany the Main Feast (include a note with a list of ingredients)
- Sunday – The First ‘Offspring BBQ Brunch’
Note: We recommend you bring your own food and snacks for any additional meals (ie. breakfast).
Foray Schedule:
- Friday afternoon – Daylight Hunt
- Friday evening – Twilight Forage
- Saturday AM – Morning Foray
- Saturday PM – Afternoon Foray
- Sunday AM – Morning Foray
Foray Areas:
- Bergen Hall grounds – Grass and Trees
- Rocky Mountains & Foothills (45 min drive to the mountains)
- North/South Cowboy trail

Calgary to Bergen – 109 Km @ 1 hr. 24 mins
Edmonton to Bergen – 263 Km @ 2 hr. 50 mins
We are offering a tour of the Fungi Akuafo facilities on Saturday morning. The facility is located just outside of Bergen and the tour will include the lab and incubation room, and areas where mushrooms are grown outside. There is a limit of 10 people for the tour. More details will follow
