Culinary team start up lead Martin Osis. Most mushroom poisonings in North America happen with well known and choice edible mushrooms. About 5 % of all knowledgeable mushrooms have experienced an incident. We will discuss how this can happen and the methods and techniques so you can avoid any incidents at your home.
