The first sighting of morels in Southern Alberta quickly prompted a foray, and a few eager mycophagists got lucky with some fresh early finds. The day was sunshine beautiful and the air was mild, the leaves on the ground were still crunchy from winter. Lots of people had their own tips on how to find Morel mushrooms and foraging experience was gained by everyone.
