The foray was held in an area of land that is leased. Permission was granted to enter the premisses for a foray. The forest is fairly mature with a mixture of aspen, poplar and spruce bordering a large meadow. There had been lots of rain and the forest was very wet.
A good quantity of Verpas and Morels were found for edibility. As well, a small young cluster of oyster mushrooms was also found.
