He also co-created Wild Harvest with Les Stroud and Paul Rogalski\, a foraging and cooking show nominated for 3 Canadian Screen Awards\, airing on PBS and National Geographic Asia.  In 2024 Kevin guided 50+ foraging walks\, a foraging and fishing sea kayak expedition in Clayoquot sound and toured the province teaching wild edible plants. He teaches day camps about wild mixology\, game butchery\, and field cookery.
