DESCRIPTION:Weald Provincial Recreation Area \n\nLeader(s): Elizabeth Lakeman \nEmail contact: ealshroom@gmail.com \nMembers only event. Please only register 1 time with 1 AMS member name per camping unit (e.g. tent\, trailer\, RV). Only 1 camping unit per ticket. \nSpots are limited reserve yours now \n\nSeptember 16 – 18\, 2022\n$40 per unit for the weekend\nRegister now to guarantee your spot (20 spots maximum).\n\nExact location details and gate code will be sent out next week to paid registered members. \nDetails:  \n\nPlease restrict generator use to no earlier than 8 a.m.\, and not after 10 p.m.\nCooking up mushrooms for tasting is encouraged.\nNO cost to come for the day.\nArrive no sooner than 4 PM Friday September 16th – Departure by 2 pm Sunday Sept. 18.\nCost is $40 per unit (tent\, trailer\, etc).  Registration is required to help manage the space available.\nFirst scheduled foray is Saturday morning at 10 AM\, back for lunch then out again at 1 or 2 PM.  Sunday is open.\nGreat evenings of socializing\, getting to know other like minded fungaphiles\, carrying on deep mycological conversations\, taste testing\, singing and what not dependant on libations.\nThere is a closed in shelter on site with fireplace\, a few picnic tables\, outdoor toilets\, but no power or water hookups.\nPump water on site but water is not certified potable.\nSketchy cell service in the valley.\nSome firewood is provided.\n\nHopefully the weather will cooperate and there will be a plethora of tasty edibles  \nie: Hedgehogs\, yellow foots\, gypsies\, red tops\, russulas\, lobsters\, if not at least great company. Bring an instrument and the usual foray (wet weather) essentials.  \nPlease read and familiarize yourself with the AMS Foray guidelines.
