This event will be virtual via ZOOM. \nNotice of the Virtual Annual General Meeting via ZOOM\nDear Members of the Alberta Mycological Society\,\nThe AMS welcomes its members to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM schedule is back on track to set the agenda for the  year. With the vaccines rolling out to Alberta’s population now over the next few months\, the AMS is optimistic. \nThe documents necessary for this meeting are: \n\nAgenda\nMinutes of the 2020 AGM (October)\nAMS Bylaws Proposed Amendments\nAMS 2020 Financial Statements\n\nThis meeting will take place via ZOOM and you must register to attend.\n\nDATE: Saturday\, March 20\, 2021\n\nTIME: 10AM – 1PM \n\nUpon registration\, we will send you the ZOOM link and password a day or two before the event.\nPlease register soon as it is necessary for us to reach quorum.\nIf your membership is expiring prior to the AGM please renew your membership before March 20\, 2021.
